Increasing shipping companies in Indonesia annually makes competition in the shipping world tighter. This increase also changes company competition into competition between supply chains, which causes companies to be able to operate effectively and efficiently. One way is to choose the right route for the ship. This research was conducted on one of the shipping companies in Surabaya, which has a type of bulk carrier ship. The company's ships have three different routes with different travel times and different transportation costs on each trip. This research uses the Analytical Network Process - Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, Risk (ANP-BCOR) method. In this study, 5 criteria were used with 16 sub-criteria that were taken into consideration by the company in choosing a shipping route, also using BCOR as a primary network. Results show that in user-defined category, Adang Bay-Cialacap route has the highest value, while in the additive negative, the Adang Bay-Cilacap route has the highest value, and the result of multiplicative shows that the Muara Java route has the highest value. In addition, the sub-criteria of travel length, order completion ability, and order fulfillment rates are the sub-criteria that have the highest weighting values.
