The quantity of floating waste and biological waste is large and the speed of production is fast, and the cleaning needs to consume a lot of manpower and material resources. In order to make the multi-water self-cruise integrated control channel governance ship find the optimal path efficiently and safely in the cleaning process, aiming at the problems of poor convergence, easy to fall into local optimal solution and low search efficiency of ant colony algorithm, the path planning of environmental protection ship under improved ant colony algorithm is proposed. According to the route and distance transmission mechanism of pheromone between ant colonies, the algorithm realizes obstacle avoidance and pheromone spreading through pheromone, memory behavior and clustering activity. In the face of the constraints of energy consumption, safety, shortest path, shortest time and other conditions, the improved algorithm is concluded through simulation experiments and mathematical models: the improvement of the algorithm is conducive to jumping out of the problem of local optimal and poor convergence, and has a great help for the environmental ship to search for the optimal path.
