This paper summarizes the safety risk fusion analysis and early warning technology architecture based on the navigation dynamic information of intelligent ships and establishes a ship navigation risk early warning model suitable for the characteristics of intelligent ships, to identify the potential risks of ship navigation early and improve the safety of ship navigation. Especially in the sea area with heavy traffic, the navigation density of ships is high, the navigable waters are limited, and ships are in a high collision risk state. To support the early warning of ship collision risk, the model and algorithm of intelligent ship collision risk calculation are established, and the relationship between ship navigation dynamics and surrounding static and dynamic targets is analyzed.
