In Vanet’s network often suffers with communication disturbances like link disconnections, takes some significant amount of time to find immediate neighbor and handling packet drops, due to high mobility of vehicles and dynamic topology changes in network which directly affects network performance and should be to be addressed with more attention. Existing approaches used only vehicles, road side units for sharing and forwarding data between source and destination. Now a day’s internet of things exploring a lot of solutions where mobile nodes and vehicles jointly used for routing with these fundamentals proposed approach efficiently utilize Manet’s and Vanet’s based on situation to form reliable path, and to improve network performance.
