Two-layer Couette flow of a third grade fluid is studied. Optimal Homotopy Asymptotic Method is used to find solutions of coupled nonlinear differential equations governing the motion of two immiscible layers of fluids with equal thickness. The solution expressions are used to model the flow and to illustrate the effect of variable material constants on the fluids' motion.
