For the multi-access channel wireless sensor network scenario with limited channel resources, the transmission of real-time information needs to consider the channel environment and the freshness of information. This paper studies the multi-access heterogeneous sensor cognitive radio network, the secondary user (SU) shares the primary user (PU) spectrum through the underlay scheme, considering the stability of the data queue in the SU, the working state of the PU and the stability of service interference constraints, an optimization problem that minimizes the average AoI of EH nodes is proposed. Then, the AoI optimization problem is solved by jointly optimizing the data arrival probability and the energy arrival probability using a distributed probabilistic access (PA) policy, in which two SU nodes make independent transmission decisions according to corresponding probability distributions. The simulation results show that the transmit power of the PU will also affect the average AoI under the constraint of PU stable service interference.
