The operation and maintenance of charging and discharging facilities only relies on personnel's empirical judgment based on thresholds, which cannot consider the influence of multiple sources. In order to solve the above problem, a repository-based operation and maintenance system for electric vehicles’ charging and discharging facilities is proposed. Different operation and maintenance strategies can be provided based on the current failure observation value set and historical operation status of electric vehicle charging and discharging facilities. The inspection cycle and content can be dynamically determined through different strategies, and the pertinence and effectiveness of the inspection can be strengthened.
