The aviation industry has witnessed unprecedented changes and innovations in recent years, driven by various crises, market liberalization, advancements in technology, new business models, shifting consumer demands and the emergence of a new generation of specialists. As we commence the 21st century, a new generation has begun to make its presence felt in the aviation industry, which will bring new challenges for operations enterprises and aviation training organizations. The purpose of this paper is to highlight the set of problems and to suggest possible solutions for the preparation of a new generation of specialists in fields such as Airline Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO), Maintenance Control Center (MCC), EASA Part-145 stock and shipment coordination, and EASA Part-145 CAMO Safety Management. The research for this paper involved reviewing the relevant literature, conducting semi-structured interviews with leading specialists in the relevant fields, as well as a survey of young people considering a career in aviation. Additionally, the ability of educational institutions to be flexible and efficient and to offer relevant education in the field was analyzed.
