Rockets and satellites have been sent to space for many missions during the rapidly advancing space adventure of humanity since 1957. These objects, which have lost their activity over time, move in orbit as space debris and move out of control. They can damage other objects in orbit and create new debris. This triggers the increasing population of space debris. There are a number of measures and predictions for space debris that are taken into consideration and need to be addressed from a common holistic point of view for the future of humanity. However, no space debris has been taken or removed from orbit yet. This paper aims to draw attention to the decision about space debris mitigation measures. Three different space debris mitigation measures are evaluated by using the neutrosophic MULTIMOORA method according to the five conflicting criteria. At the last step, the measures are ranked in descending order.
