Embedded systems design is a hard task, mainly due to the high complexity of its functionalities. Besides the functional requirements, embedded software developers should consider several non-functional requirements. In this domain, models have been adopted to handle with complexity, and these must be able to specify and manage all these requirements. The use of a model-driven approach can provide abstraction and automation for the requirements engineering process. This paper presents a support for model-driven requirements management, which includes the definition of traceability mechanisms and a tool to automate requirements management in the embedded software engineering process. To demonstrate the proposed support and tool, a case study is presented.
