This paper aims to investigate the inspection techniques for new unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in emergency rescue and disaster relief, with a focus on disaster assessment. Firstly, we mesh the target area and establish a multi-objective programming model to increase the coverage of the patrol area and reduce the number of UAVs. By applying the k-means + + algorithm, the original multi-UAV multi-target problem is transformed into a single UAV multi-target problem. Then, the improved Dijkstra algorithm and ant colony algorithm are used to solve this problem, and the minimum number of drones and flight routes are obtained. The case analysis results show that the coverage rate of this method reaches 91.84 %, and only 19 UAVs are needed, which has certain reference value.
