The suspension is one of the most significant components of the vehicle, thus, the performance of vehicles and comfort of the ride are typically affected by the characteristics of the suspension. In addition, this later serves to decrease the vibrations and forces caused by the Irregularities of the road. Therefore, the modelling and development of this component produce some challenging difficulties. This article deals with the modelling of semi active suspension. then, our paper paper develops a methodology for constructing a controller system for the Semi-Active vehicle suspension systems, in both the rear and front suspension of the motorcycle thus to improve riding and comfortability. In our development to this study, we took into consideration the front suspension like the telescopic fork, and rear suspension like the swing-arm. Moreover, we dealt with MF tire in order to identify the efficiency of the motorcycle. Finally, we made a series of simulations to illustrate some findings as the verticals force of the damper, spring and tire; also the impact of caster angle on the performance and safety of driving.
