An acousto-optical filter (AOF) using in area of the high-speed dynamic spectroscopy and filtering of complicated optical fields has been considered. The transition process of forming of the diffractive wave E/sub 1/(r,t), and also enrichment of the spectral structure of the field E/sub 1/(r,t) influence on the spread function (SP) /spl Psi/(t,/spl Delta//spl lambda/). Distortion of the SP /spl Psi/(t,/spl Delta//spl lambda/) is determined by modulating function of the steering command u(t) of the AOF. The purpose of this work is an investigation of the distortion /spl Psi/(t,/spl Delta//spl lambda/) at any velocity of retuning of the AOF, power and form of the steering command u(t).
