Today, Electric Vehicles (EVs) are designed in such a way that electric motors, developing techniques, and mitigation measures are incorporated in the force pumps of traditional gasoline vehicles. Instead of using fossil fuels to power the vehicle, battery packs are used. Climate change and unusually high oil prices necessitate the development of EVs. To replace the current points of fossil fuels, new energies must be developed or optimized. These battery packs are used in PHEVs (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles), HEVs (Hybrid Electric Vehicles), and EVs. Reliability and cost are the main reasons that keep people from buying EVs. EVs are priced higher than IC vehicles due to their manufacturing cost and the complexity of construction. The central aspect of this research work is to model an EV, which should be simple, efficient and reliable. It should perform in all extreme and real-life conditions. Several testing will be done to check the performance of the vehicle and ensure its quality. In this model, a simple H-Bridge drive is used as the speed drive of the motor, which is being used in vehicle. This drive is designed while ensuring constant DC Link voltage by using a DC Link voltage controller.
