This paper emphasises on the problem of control of a vehicle active suspension system with parameter uncertainties. The methodology used to address this problem is based on the concept of event-triggered communication. The problem is formulated as a co-design problem to find both controller gain and trigger parameters and is solved using linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). To avoid the zeno problem, a condition on lower bound of inter-event time, minimum interevent time (MIET) in the presence of external disturbances is also derived. Finally, to validate the efficacy of the proposed results, a comparison is drawn between sampled-data control and the proposed event-triggered control (ETC).
