With the increasing application of electric vehicles. Electric vehicles have concentrated, disorderly and irregular load characteristics. The charging and discharging behavior of electric vehicles has an increasingly significant impact on the power grid. Road network traffic information is the dynamic embodiment of electric vehicle charging load. In order to optimize the charging and discharging behavior of electric vehicles and reduce the overall cost of users, this paper proposes an optimal charging and discharging scheduling strategy for electric vehicles considering road network traffic information. Firstly, according to the principle of the shortest travel distance, the spatial and temporal distribution model of electric vehicles is established. Firstly, according to the principle of shortest travel distance, a spatial and temporal distribution model of electric vehicle charging load considering different functional scenarios is established. Then, according to the interaction factors and methods between the power grid and the road network, the charging and discharging optimization strategy of electric vehicles is established by comprehensively considering the overall cost of electric vehicle users to minimize the peak-valley difference of power grid load. Finally, the simulation results show that the implementation of the strategy is helpful for electric vehicles to interact with the power grid under the guidance of road network information and realize peak load shifting.
