The Single-Person Spacecraft (SPS) is under construction. There has been progress on the fabrication, assembly, and testing of key subsystems. A demonstration flight version of the crew enclosure is complete and has successfully passed structural proof pressure and leak tests. The ground assessment of an advanced robotic manipulator performing space repair tasks has been completed and the development of a low-cost cold gas propulsion system is underway. These recent accomplishments add to previous neutral buoyancy testing, mockup/flight simulator construction, and dome impact testing. This paper provides a summary of the progress focusing on the most recent activity.
