Today's society is experiencing a population and vehicle growth problem, which one wish to address. So there is massive increase in the public places like hospitals, malls, schools etc. The vehicle parking system becomes complicated since increased vehicles. As people moving on time bases, they used to park their vehicle in the place which is easier for them to identify and easy to get out of the parking area quickly. But this makes the other people to find another parking slot to park their vehicle. In this work, the parking availability and the vehicle classification is identified by the image captured by the camera and the classified vehicle's parking area will be intimated to the person enters the public places. It is a sensorless system which is used to determine the parking slot availability in the public places where the population which uses the public parking spaces on peak hours.
