With the development of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) communication technology, the application of UAVs in the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) system can effectively solve the limitations and deficiencies of ground communication networks. In this paper, a system consisting of a UAV, a legitimate receiving vehicle, and an eavesdropping vehicle is established, where the legitimate receiving vehicle and the eavesdropping vehicle are located on the road within the coverage area of the UAV and randomly distributed independently. The downlink communication link between the UAV and the vehicles is considered, and the numerical results of the system's secrecy outage probability under the Nakagami-$m$ fading channels are obtained by utilizing stochastic geometry methods. Finally, the correctness of the proposed analytical model is verified through Monte Carlo simulation.
