Based on the traditional vehicle routing problem with time windows, this paper studies the route optimization problem in the process of fresh agricultural products distribution, and establishes a multi-objective vehicle routing optimization model with the lowest total cost and delivery time. The niche technology based on shared function is introduced into traditional genetic algorithm to increase the diversity of population, and an improved genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the multi-objective optimization problem. The simulation results show that the multi-objective vehicle routing optimization model can give better consideration to different optimization objectives, and get more reasonable vehicle routing problem solutions.
