A power line UAV intelligent inspection system based on robot path tracking is proposed. This design includes two parts: data acquisition and health monitoring. The system can collect the image information of the transmission line, monitor the operation condition of the aircraft, and collect all kinds of images and operation condition information of the aircraft. In the intelligent analysis and management system of patrol monitoring data, the ground observation station carries out fault diagnosis and monitoring of transmission lines according to the monitored data. The simulation results show that the flight path of the unmanned aircraft designed by this method is highly consistent with the predetermined flight path. This method can track the target well. It can also use its superior maneuvering performance to adjust the flight status to a predetermined orbit. And the system in this paper has a strong data preprocessing effect in the data preprocessing stage.
