To address the issues of long development cycle, low efficiency, and poor readability in the software development of the whole vehicle control system of the electric water sprinkler truck, we propose using model-based design for the upper-level control algorithm and manual control program development method for the lower-level driver. The integrated control code is loaded into the vehicle controller for testing, and the test results indicate that the vehicle controller has good control performance, thus validating that this approach has lower development costs and higher efficiency compared to the traditional manual control program development.
