With the large-scale electric vehicles connected to the grid, the distribution network and charging network are deeply coupled, and there is an urgent need to carry out research on electric vehicle charging power cluster control strategy under cooperative operation. In this paper, from the perspective of cost-economic operation optimization, we have constructed quantitative analysis methods for distribution network system cost, charging station cost, and electric vehicle user cost, and constructed an optimization model of electric vehicle charging power cooperative control strategy taking into account the distribution network operation cost, with the objective of minimizing the operating cost of the distribution system and the time-equivalent cost of the traffic and road obstruction around the charging facilities. Example results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the distribution network-charging network cooperative operation cost and improve the overall efficiency of EV charging.
