As we know, parking guidance information system (PGIS) can help vehicles find appropriate parking lot more efficiently. Real-time guidance information delivers to vehicles and vehicles, however, don't always follow the guidance, due to various reasons in reality. This paper focuses this phenomenon and models the PGIS in the view of multi-round Stackelberg game, aiming to find the guiding strategy most possible be accepted by vehicles. The model of game between PGIS and vehicles is established and essential components such as game revenue, game matrix are refined according to the reality. And the game equilibrium of parking guidance is also analysed in this paper. Finally, the simulation based on VISSIM shows the result that the proposed strategy guides the vehicles effectively, highly taking in account the efficiency and fairness of parking.
