This report describes operational aspects and procedures developed for use in the flight testing phase of the all weather landing system program. Included is a brief system description with an outline operational procedures used while making Category III instrument approaches. Problems with present day landing systems and procedures unique to very low visibility operations are brought out, analyzed, and possible improvements suggested. (Author)
