This study, conducted by Lockheed Martin, was funded by the U.S Trade and Development Agency. The study focused on the development of a safe and efficient airspace environment in the Aqaba-Eliat region. This includes the specification of plans for new/expanded terminal facilities, and airside facilities such a runways, taxiways, and aprons. Included is the assessment of improved air traffic control capabilities, specifically the deployment of a surveillacne radar serving the terminal area. This is Volume 2 titled Investment Paper. It covers the following topics: (1) Introduction; (2) Demand Analysis; (3) The Project; (4) Financial Feasibility; (5) Sensitivity Analysis.
