Variable Message Signs (VMS) and Highway Advisory Radio (HAR) are two primary devices used to disseminate traffic information in the I-95 Corridor. The main objective of this report is to provide a consistent pattern for the use of VMS and HAR by the I-95 Corridor Coalition. This would provide I-95 Corridor motorists with real-time, continuous, and consistent information on incidents of Corridor significance.
