Job-related perceptions of naval aviators are explored. Perceptions and attitudes which may be counterproductive to the needs of the Navy and to the well-being of the individual aviator are investigated using personal interviews. Emphasis is placed on identifying differences within the naval aviation community. Recommendations to correct some of the problems are made. (Author)
