This report presents the results of the Project Definition Phase Study for a National Traffic Safety Documentation Center conducted for the National Highway Safety Bureau. The study was performed over a nine-month period from July 1967 to April 1968. The primary purpose of the study was to identify and define the needs which should be satisfied by the establishment and operation of a National Traffic Safety Documentation Center and to recommend a system and organization for its implementation.
