These requirements establish the minimum performance and design requirements for radio command systems to be used in the 4400 - 5000 Mc/s band on missile test ranges for the command and control of aircraft, guided and ballistic missiles, and captive vehicles. This system will be required to form compatible interface with existing test range operational command and control systems and equipment. The system capability is such that its use can be easily extended to support satellite and other range-user research vehicles. (Author)
