This project extends 20.6 miles from U.S. Highway 27 north of Lansing easterly to M-78 at Morrice, Michigan. This portion of Interstate 69 is designed as a rural freeway facility, consistent with the sections of I-69 which are complete from Indianapolis, Indiana north to Charlotte, Michigan. Environmental impacts are discussed.
