Space debris is a constantly increasing hazard for operations in space. For objects larger than about 10 cm, the USSPACECOM maintains a catalogue of orbital elements. Their data, obtained with longer wavelength radars, relates to larger scale objects. This report concerns debris measurements made at JPL's Goldstone Observatory using the 3.5 cm Haystack radar which can detect a 6 mm sphere at 1000 km.
