Gas fueled engines, both reciprocating and turbine, seem to have been neglected by manufacturers and distributors alike when planning the marketing program for their products. As this author points out, the potential use of these engines, particularly as prime movers for alternators, can be realized if the attributes of economy, increased lighting characteristics, dependability, and long life are highlighted. This paper summarizes the steps to be taken by manufacturers and what can be done to increase sales.
