From the perspective of simultaneous engineering, taking car body side doorsill reinforcing supporting plates and side impact beam as examples, this paper analyzes the impact of body structure on the electro-coating quality of vehicle based on characteristics of electric field lines and heat absorption in the heat conduction process of metal. In addition, the paper also covers the importance of electro-coating equipment to electro-deposition quality.
