FPGA has the advantages of high flexibility, strong real-time performance, low cost, low risk and son on. So it is used widely in spacecraft. FPGA has also developed from the initial implementation of only interface timing control to replacing most of the calculation functions of CPU and DSP in the spacecraft now, which shows the influence and importance of FPGA in the spacecraft. In addition, the single event upset(SEU) effect in the space environment can cause easily the spacecraft functional failure or even task failure. Therefore, the demand for rapid efficient development of aerospace high-reliability FPGA products has become prominent increasingly. This paper proposes a design method for aerospace high-reliability FPGA based on Flash, which can pre-distort the transmitted broadband signal in-orbit and perform two out of three judgment and maintenance on the DSP code in Flash. Insides it can dynamically modify the storage, timing table, BAQ code table, temperature phase curve table and other information in Flash according to the characteristics of the in-orbit environment Parameter. Not only does this method short the development cycle of FPGA products, but also it has simple implementation, high reliability, convenient and quick testing, and strong practicability. It can adapt to the interference of complex space environments and can be widely used in aerospace FPGA products.
