Anylogic software is used for simulation and modeling to evaluate the influence of traffic organization and streamline design on the internal traffic organization of the port area. Taking Yulong Port in Yantai as an example, the average running time of the truck flow network was 1738.6s, with a minimum running time of 751.0s and a maximum running time of 2787.0s. By adjusting the simulation scenario, sensitivity analysis is conducted on factors such as flow changes, gate service efficiency, and loading and unloading efficiency. When the flow of office vehicles increases by 2.0times, the increase in the entry time of freight and office vehicles is more significant. When the efficiency of gate services is doubled, the entry time of office and freight traffic increases by 2.6 and 2.2 times, respectively, resulting in a significant increase in delay time. When the loading and unloading efficiency decreases by 1.5 times, the average operating time of freight vehicles increases by 22.2%, and the loading and unloading efficiency of trucks plays a key role in improving the efficiency of port collection and distribution. The research results can provide a reference basis for the planning and construction of port road traffic facilities.
