Transport systems are complex and in constant evolution. The number of passengers carried every year requires that the operator of this system analyses in terms of dangers and risks, the various stages of a passenger trip within the transport system. The transfer of passengers “platform – train” and “train – platform”, is a crucial sequence since it is the interface between two journeys, passenger’s trip and train’s trip. The transfer of passengers generates - among others - risks of passengers falls on the platform, in the train and even on the track.
