This paper introduces the performance index system of PHM, analyzes the relationship between function and fault mode, fault mode and test, and establishes the internal relationship between fault diagnosis model and fault code. Taking the fault diagnosis model of typical electromechanical system as an example, the verification process of measurement index is introduced in detail, and the engineering verification of PHM is realized.
