This paper researched on the driven bevel gear 344. We used the precision forging process instead the traditional tooth processing of rough milling, studied the truck driven bevel gear tooth precision forging process and the precision forging die structure, developed the driven bevel gear tooth electrode shaping and the electrode tooth mold manufacturing methods.
