The vehicle state parameters and the transport process load affect the vehicle stability in the underground transportation tunnel with large inclination, but the current design of trackless equipment rarely considers the influence of vehicle parameters on stability in the tunnel with inclination, and the stability of underground trackless transportation equipment has not been studied from the dynamics analysis. For the typical model that the state parameters change greatly before and after the load of the shovel, this paper takes the shovel as an example to analyze the dynamics of the vehicle in the process of decelerating downhill with a large inclination slope, to deduce the correlation between the bucket load and the body stability, to give the bucket load threshold for different types of shovel in the process of transportation with a large inclination roadway and whether it is sufficient for stable transportation operation under the calibration threshold, and to find a general analysis method for the dynamics of underground trackless vehicle transportation.
