There are many manufacturers of urban rail automatic fare collection (AFC) systems, and the quality of the products is uneven. There are also no methods of service capability evaluation. So an evaluation model of service ability of AFC system based on DEMATEL and VIKOR-gray correlation analysis is proposed. Firstly, in order to balance expert knowledge and objective reality, the fuzzy DEMATEL is used to determine the weight of index. Secondly, the evaluation method based on VIKOR-gray correlation analysis is constructed to fully exploit the inherent law of sample data. Finally, the model is verified by an example.
