In the Federative Republic of Brazil, the principle of international cooperation regarding space activities must be amplified because it serves as a tool for state policy, encourages national and international investments in the country, generates jobs, creates new technologies and improves the quality of life on Earth. This chapter studies specific and specialized bibliography, national and international legislation about international cooperation and the fundamental principles of Space Law. It also applies observation methods and analysis of information on space activities. As results, it is demonstrated that the compliance of Brazil with UNGA resolutions and outer space treaties is an historic fact, and the country has been pursuing the objectives of its National Space Activities Program based on international cooperation strategies. It is essential to enhance successful initiatives, such as the CBERS Program, the launches by private companies, such as Innospace, from the Alcântara Space Center, and the realization of the 5th Space Economy Leaders Meeting of the G20, organized by the Brazilian Space Agency in Foz do Iguaçu. What are the aspects that Brazil must improve from an international cooperation perspective?
