Aiming at the confrontation between unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and anti-UAV, this paper studies the positive and negative aspects of attack and defense, proposes to construct the anti-UAV combat system according to the OODA cycle, and analyzes the difficulties in the detection and identification, interference deception, damage strike and operational application of anti-UAV combat. According to the difficulties in the operation of anti-UAV, this paper designs a method of UAV attacking anti-UAV system from delay observation, delay orientation, delay decision and resistance action, and then puts forward the development countermeasures of anti-UAV operation.
