Autonomous driving systems are constantly evolving, in order to increase safety. One of the key elements is the recognition of traffic signs. The paper presents a solution in which a small scale demonstrator car is able to recognize the stop signs met on the road using Python libraries like OpenCV and NumPy in order to perform colors operations.
