As the number of electric vehicles increases year by year, electric vehicles can be used as energy storage equipment to optimize the grid load curve. Studying the interactive potential evaluation and quantification methods of electric vehicles as adjustable resources to participate in grid mobilization and operation has far-reaching significance for the optimal operation of electric vehicles and grid load. This paper is based on the historical operation data of all electric vehicles in Shanghai, collected by the Internet of Vehicles detection platform. First, classify electric vehicles as adjustable resources in interaction, and build corresponding indicator system based on classification. Secondly, the evaluation method and quantitative method are given according to the classification. Finally, an example is simulated based on the data. The simulation results show that the electric vehicles in Shanghai, as an interactive and adjustable resource for grid operation, have the potential to optimize the grid operation curve in peak shaving and valley filling.
