China’s rivers are rich in superior natural conditions. After years of sustainable development, an inland river shipping system with four major water systems as the backbone has been formed. There are many good ports along the coast of Fujian, and the port group has developed rapidly. In recent years, the modern port group has accelerated its rise. Inland river shipping has received extensive attention due to small investment and high economic benefits. Firstly, aiming at the development status and existing problems of Fujian inland waterway shipping, this paper uses PEST analysis method to analyze Fujian inland waterway shipping logistics from four aspects of politics, economy, society and technology, and then constructs an exponential smoothing prediction model to predict and analyze the freight throughput and waterway freight volume of Fujian inland waterway shipping logistics in the next few years, Finally, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the logistics development of inland shipping in Fujian.
