In this paper, an effective complex jamming method based on trajectory planning and resource scheduling (CJM-TPRS) is proposed for interfering the netted radar system (NRS). The complex jamming method is designed to solve the problem that jammers are easily detected by the NRS when implementing the track deception jamming. The basic idea of the CJM-TPRS is to minimize the detection probability of the NRS while enhancing security by planning the multi-jammer flight trajectories and optimally scheduling the beam and power resources. The detection probability of the jammer is derived and used as the interference performance metric of the proposed CJM-TPRS. Then, an overall cost function is established based on the detection probability metric to quantify the global complex jamming performance. By minimizing the overall cost function, the proposed CJM-TPRS is formulated as an optimization problem combined with the constraints of multi-jammer motion parameter and resource. Finally, the particle swarm optimization (PSO) is utilized to solve the optimization problem. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed CJM-TPRS in weakening the detection performance and tracking accuracy of the NRS.
