A numerical simulation of incompressible flow over 2D elliptical airfoils is considered. The simulation was performed in the ANSYS Fluent software using the k–kl–ω transient turbulence model. The aerodynamic performance of airfoils having the different curvature was analyzed within the operating range of the angles of attack.
