Abstract Having accurate and complete navigation information onboard the aircraft, it can be used, except for proper navigation, and to provide the surveillance function—automatic-dependent surveillance (ADS), i.e., transmit this information via an air traffic control (ATC) system for processing and displaying to the dispatcher carrying out direct ATC, and also to other consumers (ICAO in Aeronautical telecommunications—Surveillance and collision avoidance systems, 1; Yarlykov in М Radio and Communication, 2).
