Compared with the electric excitation motor, the magnetism and flux linkage of the permanent magnet of the excitation device cannot be changed after magnetization. As the motor speed increases, the back electromotive force of the permanent magnet synchronous motor will gradually increase. When the voltage increases When the output voltage of the inverter reaches the limit, the speed cannot continue to rise. In traditional control strategies, the magnetism of permanent magnet synchronous motors is usually kept at a high level to ensure efficient operation and good control performance of the motor. But in some cases, such as applications such as fast acceleration and variable speed, the motor needs higher acceleration and faster response speed. At this time, it is an effective means to use the flux-weakening speed expansion control strategy. In this paper, the negative direct axis compensation and Maximum Torque-per-Voltage (MTPV) flux-weakening control methods are used to realize the high-speed operation of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the corresponding control algorithm is verified by the hardware-in-the-loop test method.
